  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Timelines

We currently offer shipping across India.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities 3–7 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 5–9 Business Days
Rural & Remote Areas 7–12 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited shipping options may be available for select locations during checkout.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after shipment dispatch.

Courier selection may vary depending on service availability and delivery location.


5. Address & Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Bistara will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unreachable contact numbers
  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in certain cases.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order details

If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
