At Bistara, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
You can request to cancel your order:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, or
- Before the order has been processed or shipped,
whichever occurs earlier.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
- For Prepaid Orders: If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No refund is applicable since no online payment is collected.
4. Order Refusal & Abuse Prevention
To maintain a smooth shopping experience for all customers:
- Repeated order refusals, fake orders, or excessive last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Operational limitations
In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
