Delivery Policy

At Bistara, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for every customer across India.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, or operational disruptions.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • XpressBees
  • Other reputed courier services

If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or shortly after placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected products and eligible pin codes.
  • Payment can be made at the time of delivery through:
    • Cash
    • UPI
    • Debit/Credit Card (subject to courier availability)

Bistara reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or high-risk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Real-time tracking link

Customers are encouraged to track their shipment regularly for the latest delivery updates.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or not delivered within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team with your Order ID for assistance.
