Refund policy

At Bistara, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at help@Bistara.in so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund
